Arrangement of Appointments - Fees

Our basic fee for this service includes the following:

  • Identification of Canadian enterprises matching your area of interest.
  • Arrangement of one-on-one meetings or group presentations with key contacts for you.
  • Provision of a detailed schedule of meetings including name of contact and responsibilities, date and time of meeting, company profile, location map and driving directions.
  • Confirmation letters sent out to all people with whom appointments have been made.  Reminders are sent out, by fax or e-mail, three business days prior to your visit.

Your meeting schedule will be sent to you, up to one week, prior to your departure and upon receipt of payment.  The lead time will depend on the amount of time given us to arrange your appointments and the settlement of our invoice. See our payment terms below.

Every effort is made to ensure that appointments are firm and that a substitute will be available if the person originally scheduled to meet with you is unavailable.  However, we cannot be held responsible for appointment cancellations outside our control. See our guarantee terms below.

Taxes extra as applicable (invoices issued to clients outside Canada are currently exempt from Canadian sales taxes).  

Payment is due on notification of completion of appointment schedule and readiness to dispatch. A partial advance payment may be requested in cases of appointment requests in excess of ten.

Payment may be made by credit card, international money order or bank transfer by wire/cable.


Canadian Trade Connections (CTC) will make every effort to make beneficial appointments for you based on the information you provide.  In the event that an appointment fails to meet the criteria you provide, then CTC will gladly refund the fee charged for making that appointment.  This represents the limit of CTC's liability and CTC will not bear responsibility for any other costs including, but not limited to, time, travel or other expenses, missed opportunity or any other consequential loss. Not all meetings produce positive results.  This guarantee does not extend to the success of your meeting, only how CTC met your criteria. 

Note: This guarantee does not cover appointments which  the person with whom you are meeting, cancels less than 72 hours prior to the meeting.  Every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment or arrange a substitute appointment at no extra charge.
