rental reservations, arrange for pick up and drop off at airport and provide
whatever other assistance you need with your travel arrangements.
What we do for you
- Hotel Reservations
Reservations are made for you at a hotel close to the companies you
will be meeting. Alternatively, if you prefer a specific
location (e.g. city centre or airport vicinity) then we will make
reservations accordingly.
- Transportation
Reservations are made for car rentals or car and driver to suit your
itinerary. Telephone numbers for local taxi cab companies
provided.
- Emergency Support
We offer 24/7 support in the event you encounter any problems during
your visit.
